Refund policy
I operate with a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The costs and responsibility for returning the item are the customer’s own. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received in good condition.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows me to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Legal 14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, you will be notified. I will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
