1. General Information
I strive to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping costs, delivery times, and conditions are clearly described below.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer; if so, I will inform you in time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
I ship all orders with PostNL.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

Please note: Some products fit through the letterbox; these will be shipped at a lower rate or automatically as letterbox mail.
4. Handmade Items
For items that are made to order, handmade, or personalized, processing times may be longer than for standard products.
The estimated production time is listed on each product page. On average, this is 30 business days before the order is ready to be shipped.
5. Shipping Costs & VAT
All prices include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Any additional charges (e.g., for insurance or special packaging) will be indicated in advance.
6. Track & Trace (if applicable)
If your order is shipped with track & trace, you will receive a tracking code by email once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
This allows you to follow the delivery status in real time.
7. International Shipping
If you would like to ship outside the Netherlands (or outside the EU):
You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.
These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Always check the packaging upon delivery.
If something is damaged or your order is missing, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage.
I will assist you with the claims process with the carrier.
